Should the funding comescome from IMELS to UNOPS, we will enter into an agreement indeed, the consultant will report ( seconded) to UNDP, and therefore a pre-selection letter and ToR , including the fee needed in order for us to be able to issue the contract.

For easy understanding, I am sharing with you the Project Agreement template to be signed between IMELS and UNOPS, and the ToR template.
