PAYMENT OF SETTLEMENT SUM
1.2 Company X shall pay (transfer) $4USD4 (four United States Ddollars) to Company Y.
1.2.1 Company Y shall submit to Company X its bank account number, ton which Company X shall transfer $4USD4 (four United States Ddollars) to Company Y within 3 (three) Bbusiness Ddays, afterollowing the entry into the force of the Final Judgement.
1.2.2 Company X shall pay (transfer) $4USD4 (four United States Ddollars) into the bank account of Company Y within 5 (five) Bbusiness Ddays after Company Y submits to Company X its bank account number.
